These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Infigrow AI website, tools, and browser extensions (together, the "Service"), operated by Gadhiya Gaurav Rajeshbhai, C2-915, Pragati IT Park, Opp. AR Mall, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat - 394101, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Infigrow AI provides a growing collection of free online tools and browser extensions aimed at sellers, creators and small businesses — including but not limited to listing autofill tools, typing/font converters, AI-assisted writing tools, and data analysis utilities. Tools marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available and may change before release.
The Service is free to use. Some features may require creating an account, and we may introduce paid plans for optional advanced features in the future — any such change will be clearly communicated. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at infigrowai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Our browser extensions (such as Meesho Listing Autofill) are provided as-is to help automate repetitive form filling based on data you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing all autofilled information for accuracy before submitting it on any third-party platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart or any other marketplace referenced on this site; all trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.
The Service, including its design, code, logos and content (excluding data you provide), is owned by Infigrow AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or interact with third-party platforms (such as Meesho). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results generated by any tool (e.g. AI-written descriptions or data analysis) will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infigrow AI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
