This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use our website (infigrow.ai and its subpages), our free online tools, and our browser extensions such as the Meesho Listing Autofill extension (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information — if you create an account, we collect your name, email address and password (stored securely; passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text).
• Profile / listing data — when you use tools like Meesho Listing Autofill, you may save "profiles" containing product details (title, description, price, category, GST/HSN codes, etc.) that you enter yourself so they can be reused. This data is used only to power the tool's autofill feature.
• Uploaded files — if you use a tool that accepts file uploads (for example a sales CSV for the Data Analyser), that file is processed to generate your results.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, tools used, and general interaction data, collected anonymously to help us understand which tools are useful and where the Service can be improved.
• Device & log data — browser type, operating system, and approximate location (via IP address), collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.
• Cookies and local storage — used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and (where applicable) to serve relevant advertising. See Section 4 below.

1.3 Browser extension permissions

The Meesho Listing Autofill Chrome extension requests access only to Meesho's supplier "Add Product" page in order to read the form's fields and fill them in with the profile data you have saved. The extension does not collect your Meesho login credentials, does not read pages outside of Meesho, and does not transmit your browsing activity to us. Any profile data you save is stored either locally in your browser or in your Infigrow AI account (if you're signed in) — never sold or shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate and maintain the tools you use;
• To create and manage your account, if you choose to sign up;
• To save and let you reuse your profiles/history within a tool;
• To respond to support requests sent to infigrowai@gmail.com;
• To monitor and improve the Service, fix bugs, and understand feature usage;
• To display relevant advertising (see Section 4) which helps keep our tools free.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, provide analytics, or help operate the Service, under obligations to keep it confidential;
• Advertising partners such as Google, for the purpose of serving ads (see Section 4);
• Legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
